This course is intended for graduates who are working professionally or intending to pursue careers in public administration in national contexts of public service reform; and the overall aim in presenting and future public service practitioners with the skills and understanding to develop as high-quality administrators and managers able to play a critical role as innovators and agents of change; with placements being a particular feature of the course.
