An Entrepreneurial Management major or minor is for the person interested in organizing, owning, managing and assuming the risks of a business (entrepreneurship), or assisting organizations in developing new business opportunities (intrapreneurship). Curriculum is designed to range from introductory fundamentals through the development and implementation of real business opportunities. Our mission is to develop the mind set, skills, competencies and experiential learning that enable students to function as entrepreneurs or as productive members of emerging, entrepreneurial firms. All businesses recognize the need for entrepreneurial skills in today's rapidly changing marketplace. These organizations require individuals with the ability to manage risk, manage across functional boundaries, and creatively engage and adapt to a dynamic environment. Our objective is to develop the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders.

Minnesota State is often called - Land of ten thousand lakes. Due to its nature's generosity, it is recognized the most livable American State.

Despite the fact that the capital of Minnesota is St. Paul, the largest and most famous culturally in the state still is Minneapolis. There are located the Institute of Art, where you can always see the interesting exhibition, Walker Art Center, which holds works by Pablo Picasso, Henry Moore, Frederick Weisman Art Museum. However, Minneapolis and St. Paul called the "twin cities", they even arranged opposite each other on opposite banks of the Mississippi. But Minneapolis is more modern: here you can find wide busy streets and soaring skyscrapers.
