Stage 2: Identifying and assessing student need; planning and managing the learning process; using techniques to facilitate learning; principles of learning; communication; resource development; support and guidance; educational issues and personal development; 40 hours of teaching practice in a further education context; 2 observed teaching practices by a member of the college team; observation by suitable qualified teachers/trainers in student’s own workplace.
