Вступительные требования
A degree: ideally business related degree; or a postgraduate diploma in a relevant area, or HND; a certificate in personnel practice or a certificate in training practice combined with the CIPD certificate in postgraduate study skills, or a HND combined with at least 3 years managerial experience; non-standard applicants are required to demonstrate a number of years experience in a human resource related area; all applicants are required to be employed in a human resource related position within an organisation; prospective students with a MBA are eligible for advanced standing against the leadership and management field.
