This course has been developed to respond to specialised management training requirements of the hospitality and tourism industries in south Wales; in the 1st year study covers management of financial information, service industry marketing, management and organisational behaviour, food and beverage operations; year 2 covers guest service management, enterprise management, food and beverage management, reflecting on practice; year 3 involves a live project and employment experience.
