The MSc programme Engineering and Policy Analysis (EPA) is a fully accredited, two-year full-time TU Delft MSc programme taught in English. The two fundamental themes of the EPA programme are policy and politics and analytics, modelling and simulation. The academic year starts in early September and continues until July of the following year. The curriculum comprises two years of two semesters each (one semester has two course periods), which adds up to 120 EC*. EPA is taught in a distinctive location in the city of The Hague. The Hague is home to many multinationals, government agencies, international consulting companies and non-governmental organizations. In this unique international environment, less than 10 miles from the Delft University Campus, we teach you to become a policy advisor or strategy consultant equipped with more than just engineering skills. The new Campus The Hague offers excellent student facilities including a TU Delft simulation and gaming lab and is open seven days a week. Delft is a compact, historic town between Rotterdam and The Hague in the province of Zuid-Holland. It forms part of the Randstad, the urban agglomeration in the west of the Netherlands and is the nation’s main educational and research centre. Today, Delft ranks as a high-tech location due to the abundance of technology-based institutions and organisations close to and often involved with the university.

Delft has a reputation for being a friendly city; bars and terraces along the canals and on the city squares, quirky shops, affordable restaurants and great cinemas. It is easy to find your way around as everything is close together. Delft is bursting with activity from spring right through to autumn, including music festivals and street theatre.
