This postgraduate programme provides students with an opportunity to explore the application of theoretical concepts whilst inspecting the scientific rationale behind high-level coaching practice; it aims to educate new, innovative and progressive coaches by accessing the latest research and developments from within the field, providing practising coaches with a postgraduate educational experience in a bid to continually upgrade the experience of their athletes; the programme seeks to recruit professional coaches from withinthe industry to ‘up-skill’ their knowledge by offering a menu of options as part of their continued professional development; however undergraduate students with relative coaching experience and/or qualifications will find the programme equally valuable.
