This degree provides the tools necessary to analyse structures and problems, plan strategies and produce results in real managerial situations; it offers an academic approach to generic and functional management and to the business environment; students study subjects such as the structure of organisations, the economic models within which they operate and the theory of people management; between stages 2 and 3 students can undertake a placement with an approved organisation or spend 1 year studying at a partner university overseas.
