The course is designed to give students the opportunity to extend their expertise in professional practice in relation to their specific work setting/client group; it examines and progresses the student's academic and practical base of care and has been flexibly designed to accommodate those from a wide variety of practice backgrounds enabling practitioners to function more effectively in a multi-professional setting within the evolving context of health and health care provision.
