Level 2: Core modules include ornamental and urban landscapes; management planning for amenity and nature conservation landscapes; arboriculture and practical horticulture; quality management systems; horticultural crop production; practical skills: field course; science communication; options include: weed biology and control; crop pests and integrated crop protection; ecological aspects of environmental assessment; habitat management. Level 3: Core module in advanced experimental design and interpretation; research project; options include: plants and climate; weed ecology and management; plant physiology, development and tissue culture; temperate horticultural crop physiology and technology; controlled environment technology; pests and diseases of horticultural crops; principles and practice in biological control; landscape and garden design; horticultural therapy; planning design; community and landscape.
