Вступительные требования

You are eligible to be admitted to the GIMA program, if you have: already obtained a Dutch or foreign university Bachelor degree or equivalent in a discipline related to geo-information, geography or geographic information management and applications academic and research skills on par with those expected at the level of a university Bachelor degree basic computer skills English language proficiency (as GIMA is a complete English language program). One of the following English language tests can be accepted as proof of proficiency: IELTS, Academic Module. Minimum score: 6.5 overall band, at least 6 for writing. TOEFL, Internet based. Minimum score: 93, institutional scores are not accepted (the TOEFL institution code for Utrecht University is 9062). Cambridge Certificates Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English, at least a B grade. Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English, at least a C grade. Диплом бакалавра (Bachelor’s degree), 4 years; Диплом специалиста (Diploma of Specialist), 5 years. 5 point scale 4.0/5 (Хорошо, Good).

Расположение

Wageningen Campus is centrally located in the Netherlands with excellent road connections with Amsterdam, Rotterdam and the Hague (just over an hour from Amsterdam and Schiphol), Utrecht (40 minutes), Arnhem (20 minutes) and Nijmegen (just over half an hour). Besides Schiphol, the campus is also within one hour from the international airports of Eindhoven and Düsseldorf Weeze.


The town of Wageningen, where the university is based, is a historic town on the banks of the Rhine. Each year in May the town holds a festival which draws in thousands of visitors, celebrating the town’s significance as the site of the liberation of the Netherlands at the end of the Second World War.
