Level 1: Students will initially be involved in a foundation project; in addition to technology context they will study 3-dimensional graphics and authoring, graphics & design, introduction to audio recording, and video production. Level 2: 3-dimensional animation technologies and simulation, graphical communication, interactive media design and video post production; a project management module will introduce students to the group project work. Level 3: 3-dimensional character animation and simulation; innovation & enterprise module prepares students for the in-depth project work; group project work will be an important feature to enable students to build a portfolio of evidence and an industry standard product to be demonstrated at the final year showcase.
